Step 1 - Access your Blackboard course
Step 2 - Access Cyberduck, keep both Blackboard and Cyberduck open side-by-side
Step 3 - Go to a Content area within your Blackboard course
Step 4 - Click “Build Content”
Step 5 - Select “Web Link”
Step 6 - Give the link a name
Step 7 - Move to your other window to work in Cyberduck
Step 8 - Locate the file to which you want to create a Blackboard link
Step 9 – Right-click on this file
Step 10 - Select “Copy URL”
Step 11 - Select “HTTP URL” (the link has copied to your clipboard)
Step 12 – In your Blackboard Web Link box, paste the URL
Step 13 – Click “Submit”
